ARCHITECTURE DESIGN 1

ASSIGNMENT 1

​

The first assignment was about using architectural design principles and elements to create geometry and form. We looked at several ways design principles might be applied to communication and translated design into different idea-generation dimensions (1D, 2D, and 3D).

ASSIGNMENT 2

​

Assignment 2 involved hands-on experience in building a 1:1 bamboo structure in a team. It was as memorable as it was physically exhausting. However, everything was possible with the team.

ASSIGNMENT 3

​

Working with actual basic materials and building details was part of assignment 3. We had to research, create a model that could be created practically, and research creative architecture to create a sensory space from our project 2

REFLECTION
THERE WERE MANY UPS AND DOWNS IN MY PROJECTS, MOSTLY DOWN AS IN THE CRITS THERE WERE ALWAYS SOMETHING I HAD TO CHANGE, BUT OVERALL IT WAS A VERY WELL GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR FISRT SEMESTER. THIS MODULE IS QUITE CHALLENGING YET ENJOYABLE YET TOUGH.
